Poster Compliance Center has built its brand on its ability to make this complicated world easy and hassle-free, which meant their new website needed to deliver on that promise in an absolute sense. Enter the BSTRO team’s UI and UX design specialists, and a new information architecture that completely reorganized the products and product variations to help customers most effectively select the right products and plans for them.

Developed for a smooth transition.

To build out the site with a new architecture, our development team connected the dots between Poster Compliance Center’s existing inventory system and the newly reorganized site components. Our developers also worked painstakingly to securely transfer existing customer purchase history and subscription plan data so that customers wouldn’t experience any disruption in service when the new website launched. In the end, the transition from old to new site was seamless — and the checkout process is more intuitive and user-friendly than ever before.

A logo that speaks loud and clear.

The logo we designed is clear, minimal, recognizable, and unique to Poster Compliance Center. In contrast to previous iterations of their logo, the logo we created is also easily scalable with a bold font and a strong poster shape that is identifiable even in very small ad sizes and mobile browser screens. This logo reflects the promise of Poster Compliance — it’s clear, straightforward, and clever without being complicated.

Emails for continued brand-building.

We created a series of email templates for Poster Compliance Center for ongoing communication, thought leadership, and to strengthen relationships with customers. The templates were customized with snippets for personalized sends and easy deployment. BSTRO provided content strategy, copywriting, email reporting and ongoing post-launch support, working with their team weekly, to optimize the email marketing program and pull out insights that could be applied to the larger digital ecosystem. Regular data analysis recommendations gave guidance on how to further improve their already top-notch customer service.
